Research Center in Advancing Community Healthcare (REACH), Universitas Airlangga is designed as a Research Center focused on improving community health through research, education, and the application of best practices. Established in 2017 (it was research group on community health nursing and family nursing), REACH adopts a multidisciplinary approach to address these challenges. REACH was formed to meet these needs and began operations with the vision of becoming a leader in public health innovation.
Merupakan flagship unggulan Pusat Riset REACH (Research Center in Advancing Community Healthcare) Universitas Airlangga yang berfokus pada riset, advokasi, dan penguatan kapasitas perawat Indonesia di kancah global. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bukti ilmiah mengenai dinamika migrasi perawat, mendorong kebijakan perlindungan tenaga keperawatan, serta mengembangkan model pendidikan dan pemberdayaan berbasis bukti. Melalui pendekatan multidisipliner dan kolaborasi internasional, REACH berkomitmen menjadikan perawat Indonesia sebagai aktor kunci dalam transformasi sistem kesehatan dunia.
